Has a product that you bought from us not lasted as long as you would have expected? Maybe there was a manufacturing fault, or some stitching has come loose?
No problem, it's possible that the product is still under warranty and it can either be fixed or replaced. Please let us know as soon as something doesn't seem right with your skates, pads, helmets, or anything you have received from us. You can let us know by filling out the contact us form, or sending an email to info@skatewarehouse.com.au. If you need to return something to us to be fixed or replaced, please refer to the returns and exchanges page, fill out a returns form with an approved RA number.
Warranty Period
Each product has its own warranty terms that is set our by the manufacturer. Please refer to the warranty document that was provided with the product. If a warranty document was not provided, please contact us as soon as possible to determine the best course of action.
Typical Warranty Terms
Pads/Gloves - 90 days
Helmets - 180 days
Roller Skates/ Inline Skates - 6 months to 2 years (depending on manufacturer and use)
