Bustin Boards Rat Mobile 36" Deck: Eye, Feather, Bird, Blue and Grey Thermo

The new deck is stiffer and lighter with a little more width in the rear, cause everyone likes some badonk.  Add a revolutionary concave with our new Thermo-Glass Construction featuring four individual layers of recyclable fiberglass heat melded with sustainably harvested Great Lakes Maple.  The 2014 Ratmobile is a brand new beast. It may look very similar to the 2013 edition, but stand on it and your feet will swear it’s a different deck. The new Rat has a brand new concave pattern that we’re calling FluxCave. The concave throughout the deck retains the same general rail height, however the profile changes constantly from tip to tail, giving you more of a tub feel in the front for rail control, and more radial in the back for excellent board feel and to help get your back foot higher over the rail.

Set this deck up with whatever feels good. We’ve added wheel clearance with our ever-changing FluxCave in addition to AMPLE CNC’d wheel wells, so if you keep your wheels in the 70mm range you’ll ride bite free. For larger wheels, throw a little riser in there and/or tighten up your bushings and you’ll be ready to crush hills on the new Rat.
